Engooden Health is looking for a talented engineer to lead our Advanced Healthcare Analytics team. As a Technical Lead, you will manage and grow a team of AI/ML engineers working to identify patients slipping through the gaps in the American healthcare system.

Responsibilities:
- Provide architecture guidance to the rest of the AHA team and contribute to the codebase itself
- Work with our research scientists to incorporate ML and NLP models into the AHA product
- Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and enforce coding best practices
- Run morning standup, sprint grooming meetings, and contribute to sprint demos
Requirements:
- 6+ years’ experience writing production-level Python code
- 1+ years hands-on team leadership experience
- Expertise across the full software development lifecycle; including but not limited to: writing requirements and/or design documents, using a Git-based version control system, writing automated unit and integration tests, and deploying code to a production environment
- Outstanding leadership, time management, communication and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
