About the Role
We are seeking a star Finance Manager to be the 2nd full-time finance hire to support our multiple brand portfolio including Cay Skin, Sama Tea, and 100.co Technologies. You will play a vital role in building our financial reporting and analysis capabilities to enable profitable high-growth. You will report directly to the 100.co CFO and will work cross functionally to support brand Marketing, Operations, and Product Development to make data driven strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial models and analyze data to enable strategic decision-making and problem-solving
- Create, refine, and fully own the company P&L and Cash forecast models
- Lead monthly actual to budget variance reviews and monthly management reporting
- Develop and support the creation of quarterly board and investor presentations
- Lead the annual budget planning processes
- Develop KPI reporting and data visualization for daily, weekly, monthly reporting to the executive team
- Partner with the contract accounting team to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting and support accounting operations including AP, AR, and Payroll
- Support VC fundraising efforts including Seed stage, Series A, and beyond
- Perform ad hoc financial and data analysis

Qualifications / Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a rigorous investment banking, consulting, or financial analyst program, supplemented by startup or high-growth company experience
- Experience in CPG preferred - Retail & Ecommerce
- Experience in Beauty or Food & Beverage a plus
- Expert financial modeling and Excel power user skills
- Superior PowerPoint and executive presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgement
- Proficient in technology including ERP, financial planning, and data visualization tools
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: Base + Bonus + Equity Incentive
Miami based preferred. This position is remote with occasional travel to Miami, NYC, or LA.
